FMS shortlisted candidates for Extempore and Personal Interview (PI) based on a composite score derived from their CAT section-wise performance. The composite score is calculated by assigning specific weightage to the Quantitative Aptitude (QA), Data Interpretation & Logical Reasoning (DILR), and Verbal Ability & Reading Comprehension (VARC) sections.
Additionally, five extra marks are added to the composite score of female candidates to encourage gender diversity in the MBA program.
