IIM Raipur Admission & Selection Criteria 2025-2027: IIM Raipur has announced its admission criteria for the PGP/MBA 2025-27 batch on its official website. This year, the selection will be based directly on CAT scores and a personal interview (PI). Unlike previous years, candidates aiming for admission to IIM Raipur don’t need to apply through CAP 2025.

IIM Raipur Eligibility Criteria 2025-2027
To be eligible for IIM Raipur MBA selection, candidates must meet the following requirements:-
Graduation Degree Holders:
Candidates must have the following academic requirements:
- Candidates belonging to General (GEN), Economically Weaker Section (EWS), and Non-Creamy Layer Other Backward Classes (NC-OBC) categories must score a minimum of 60% aggregate marks in their UG course.
- Scheduled Castes (SC) must have scored a minimum of 50% aggregate marks in the UG exam.
- Scheduled Tribes (ST) and PWD candidates need to score a minimum of 45% aggregate marks in their UG studies.
- CA/CMA/CS Professionals need a minimum of 50% aggregate marks in CA/CMA/CS. For those with both CA/CMA/CS and Graduation, the graduation criteria will apply.
- CAT 2024 Minimum Eligibility: Candidates must secure a positive scaled score in all three sections of CAT 2024:
- Quantitative Aptitude (QA)
- Data Interpretation and Logical Reasoning (DILR)
- Verbal and Reading Comprehension (VRC)

IIM Raipur admission for MBA Batch 2025-2027 comprises the following three steps:Step 1: Online Registration
Candidates who opt for IIM Raipur during the CAT 2024 application and meet eligibility criteria will receive an email invitation to register online. Further, prospective candidates need to complete the online registration by visiting the IIM Raipur website. Completion of this mandatory pre-interview registration is required for consideration in subsequent selection steps.Step 2: Shortlisting for Group Discussion (GD) and Personal Interview (PI)
After concluding the registration for MBA admission, IIM Raipur will shortlist deserving candidates based on their Aggregate Index Score (AIS). The AIS is computed by considering the CAT 2024 index score, Class 10th and 12th percentage score, gender diversity score, and academic diversity score. IIM Raipur Offer Acceptance and Withdrawal Policy
Selected candidates who choose to withdraw from the MBA 2025-27 program at IIM Raipur are eligible for a fee refund. However, they must withdraw their admission request before the specified deadline. The refund will be processed after deducting processing charges, as outlined in Government of India Order F. No. 21-166/2007-TS. II, dated May 18, 2007, and the associated Order No.14-4/2007-U.3(A).
