Steps Required After IIM Udaipur 2025 Result Announcement?
Once the CAP results and the IIM Udaipur 2025 merit list are released, selected candidates receive admission offers through email. For this, candidates must keep checking their email ID to tackle all necessary steps on time.
To accept the admission offer, candidates should pay the offer acceptance fee of INR 1,00,000. This fee is adjusted against the MBA Term I fee.
IIM Udaipur Admission Withdrawal and Refund Policy
If a candidate decides to withdraw after accepting the offer, the refund amount depends on the timeline of withdrawal. Here are the details of the refund policy based on the withdrawal timeline:
If candidates withdraw before the specified deadline, they receive a full fee refund after a deduction of INR 1,000 as service charges.
Candidates who withdraw on or after program commencement (23rd June 2025) and till 7th July 2025, 11:59 PM, receive a refund of the submitted fee after deducting INR 30,000 as administrative charges. This charge covers the proportional program, hostel, and mess costs.
Those who withdraw on or after 8th July 2025 don’t get a refund of the tuition fee. However, they receive a refund of hostel & mess charges (on a pro-rata basis) and a caution deposit of INR 20,000.
