MAH MBA CET CAP 2024 Categories

1. Open Category (OMS): This category is for candidates from outside Maharashtra state.
2. Candidature Types (CAP Seats):
   • Maharashtra State Candidature (MS): For candidates domiciled in Maharashtra.
   • All India Candidature (AI): For candidates from across India.
   • Minority Candidature (Min): For candidates belonging to religious/linguistic minority communities.
3. Reservation Categories:
   • Scheduled Caste (SC)
   • Scheduled Tribe (ST)
   • Vimukta Jati (VJ)/Denotified Tribe (DT) (NT-A)
   • Nomadic Tribes 1 (NT-B)
   • Nomadic Tribes 2 (NT-C)
   • Nomadic Tribes 3 (NT-D)
   • Other Backward Class (OBC)
   • Economically Weaker Section (EWS)

• Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent from a recognized university, with a minimum of 50% aggregate marks (45% for reserved category candidates).
• Final year students awaiting their result are also eligible to apply.
• Candidates who have appeared for other national-level MBA entrance exams like CAT, CMAT, MAT, XAT, ATMA, and GMAT can also participate in the MAH CET CAP rounds.
• Candidates who have cleared the MAH MBA CET 2024 exam are eligible to participate in the CAP rounds without paying any additional fees.
• Candidates who have not appeared for the MAH MBA CET 2024 but have valid scores from other national-level MBA exams will have to pay a registration fee of ₹1,000 to participate in the MAH CET CAP rounds.

MBA MMS Counselling Process 2024

Stage 1: Candidate Registration

• Online registration and choice filling.
• Candidates can select up to 300 colleges.

Stage 2: Provisional Merit List and Cut Off

• After submitting forms, the provisional merit list and MBA CET cut offs will be announced.
• Candidates can address any grievances and submit required documents at the Facilitation Centre where they verified their application form.
• The final merit list for the MBA CET CAP round will be published after this process.

Stage 3: Final Merit List

• The final merit list will indicate available seats for subsequent CAP rounds.
• Candidates allotted seats in a CAP round must report to the Admission Reporting Centre (ARC) for document verification and admission confirmation.
• They must complete admission formalities at the respective college.
