The fundamental MAH MBA CET eligibility criteria for 2024 are mentioned below:- Applicants must possess a bachelor's degree of three-year course duration in any discipline. Additionally, they must secure at least 50% aggregate marks or its equivalent from a university recognised by the University Grants Commission or Association of Indian Universities.
- For candidates falling under Backward Class categories and Persons with Disability belonging to Maharashtra State, a minimum score of 45% overall score is required at the graduation level.
- Candidates appearing for the final year examination of their bachelor's degree in any discipline from a university recognised by the UGC or AIU are also eligible to apply.
MAH MBA CET Eligibility Criteria 2024 for NRIs
Applicants belonging to the NRI of the FN category must fulfil the specific eligibility criteria provided for their respective category. The classification of candidates into NRI, OCI, FN, PIO, and CIWGC is defined in the Maharashtra Unaided Private Professional Educational Institutions Act, 2015. In addition, the eligibility criteria of NRIs and foreign students for MAH MBA CET 2023 are as follows:- The candidate must have successfully completed a bachelor's degree program with a minimum course duration of three years from a university recognised by UGC or AIU.
- The candidate must have secured a minimum of 50% aggregate marks or an equivalent grade in the qualifying course.
- Candidates must also fulfil any other eligibility requirements specified under the Maharashtra Act 2015.

MAH MBA CET Eligibility Criteria 2024 for Minority Candidates
Admission under Minority Candidature in MAH MBA/MMS CET 2024 is exclusively available to candidates who are Maharashtra State domicile. Additionally, these candidates must belong to specific religious or linguistic communities within the state. MAH MBA CET Eligibility Criteria 2024 for J&K and Ladakh Migrants
To qualify for the UT of Ladakh and UT of Jammu & Kashmir migrant candidature in MAH MBA CET 2024, candidates must meet the following eligibility criteria:- The candidate should be the offspring of a citizen displaced from the UT of J&K and UT of Ladakh to any part of India after 1990 due to terrorist activities.
- Offspring of officers and personnel from UT of J&K and UT of Ladakh police.
- Children of IAS, IFS, IPS officers, or military and paramilitary personnel transferred to UT of Ladakh or UT of J&K who have assumed their post on or before the last date of application.
