Admissions to MBA/PGDM through MAT 2025

Candidates need to understand that AIMA’s role ends with conducting the exam and forwarding scores to the selected colleges. The final admission process is independently managed by each institute, based on their unique evaluation criteria and cut-off requirements. Securing MBA admission through MAT involves a three-stage process:

  1. Register for the MAT exam and select up to five preferred participating B-schools to receive your MAT scores.

  2. Appear for the MAT exam, conducted in February, May, September, or December, through PBT, CBT, or IBT mode.

  3. Participate in the selection rounds—Group Discussion (GD), Personal Interview (PI), and Written Ability Test (WAT)—conducted by the institutes you selected during registration.
