NMAT 2024: Graduate Management Admission Council (GMAC) has ended the time to book a date for the NMAT exam. The registration for the NMAT exam was closed earlier. All applicants could pick their preferred test date and location from the NMAT booking system.
The NMAT exam will take place from November 5 to December 20. GMAC will run the NMAT exam for 45 days. Candidates who want to apply for MBA programs in top business schools in India or other countries can take the NMAT exam three times during this testing period.Also Read: MBA entrance exam
NMAT 2024 Overview
The NMAT, or NMAT by GMAC, is a national-level entrance exam for MBA admissions at NMIMS University and other well-known business schools in India and abroad. Initially, Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies conducted the NMAT until GMAC took over. The NMAT exam is designed to make it easy for test-takers. Candidates can choose their exam date and location using the NMAT scheduling option. Similar to the GMAT, candidates can select their preferred date during the testing period and decide when and where to take the test based on available seats at their chosen test center. The NMAT exam happens every year during a set period. NMAT by GMAC score is determined by how well candidates perform in three sections: Language Skills, Quantitative Skills, and Logical Reasoning. GMAC will establish the eligibility criteria for NMAT 2024. To successfully complete the registration process, candidates must meet the following eligibility criteria:- Candidates must have successfully completed a graduation degree with a minimum of 50% marks.
- The academic qualification of candidates must be in a 10+2+3 or 10+2+4 format.
- Final-year students are also permitted to participate in NMAT.
- There is no age limit for applying to the NMAT 2024.
- Although professional experience is not mandatory, candidates with two to three years of work experience get preference during the final selection process.
NMAT 2024 Registration Process
The first step to apply for NMAT 2024 is to fill out the application form. Candidates must complete the NMAT exam registration within the given time. Only those who submit the application form and schedule their exam will receive the NMAT 2024 admit card. Candidates can register online and need to create a login ID and password to do this. The application fee is INR 3,000 (not including GST), which must be paid when scheduling the exam. Payment can be made online using a debit card, credit card, mobile wallet, or other methods. - Accept the declaration by checking the corresponding box and clicking on the 'I Agree' button.
- In the end, complete the NMAT application by paying the application fee through the provided online payment method.

The NMAT 2024 exam pattern will be defined by GMAC. According to the exam pattern, the paper will consist of three sections: Quantitative Skills, Logical Reasoning, and Language Skills. NMAT 2024 Admit Card
GMAC will release the NMAT 2024 admit card online. Only candidates who meet the eligibility criteria and complete the application form will get the NMAT admit card. The NMAT admit card will be available on the candidate's dashboard within 24 hours of scheduling the exam. To download it, follow these steps:- Go to the official NMAT website by GMAC.

- Enter your registered email ID and password.
- On the candidate dashboard, click on the 'NMAT 2024 admit card' link.
- Download the admit card.
- Save and print a copy for exam day.
NMAT 2024 Result
The NMAT results 2024 will be provided to candidates by GMAC in the form of a scorecard within 48 hours after completing the NMAT exam. NMAT 2024 Admission Process
After the NMAT results are released, candidates can apply to their preferred MBA colleges. Each institute announces its own NMAT cut-off, and candidates should apply based on their NMAT score. The institutes will then conduct additional selection rounds, such as Group Discussion and Personal Interview.
