The final allotment list for LE Tech and LE BSc was published on July 19, 2024.

OJEE Counselling Eligibility Criteria 2024

• Age: Must be at least 17 years old.
• NEET Qualification: For BAMS/BHMS counselling, candidates must have a valid NEET(UG) rank.
• Residency: Parents should be natives of Odisha, and candidates must present a Resident/Nativity certificate during document verification.
• Academic Requirements: General category candidates must have scored 50% aggregate in Physics, Chemistry, and Biology in Class 12, with a minimum of 40% for SC/ST candidates. Additionally, candidates must have passed English, Physics, Chemistry, and Biology individually.

1. Visit the official OJEE website to register for counselling.
2. Enter your application number, name, gender, and date of birth, then submit the form.
3. Complete the registration form by providing additional details such as course preferences, ranks, marks, educational documents, category, family income certificate, and bank details for fee payment.
4. For MBA, MCA, MTech/MPlan/MArch, and MPharm courses, select the entrance exam you have qualified (e.g., OJEE, GATE, GPAT, NIMCET, CAT, MAT, XAT, CMAT, or ATMA).
5. After filling in all details, a password will be generated for your account. Pay the counselling fee of INR 450.

1. After payment, choose your preferred colleges and courses from the list.
2. You can add, edit, or change the order of your preferences.
3. Lock your choices by finalizing them. Note that once locked, your choices cannot be changed.

1. The seat allotment list will be published based on your choices and merit rank.
2. Review your allotment and visit the counselling centre to confirm your seat, or wait for the next allotment if you choose to skip this round.

1. To confirm your seat, provide the required eligibility documents and upload verified originals online.
2. Pay a partial admission fee of INR 10,000 for General category or INR 5,000 for SC/ST/PC categories.
3. You will receive a final seat allotment letter with details about your college and course.
4. You have the option to withdraw after allotment, with a refund available if done within the specified period. Note that withdrawals after the deadline will forfeit your deposit.

1. Report to the allotted college, submit your documents, and pay the remaining admission fee after the final allotment.
2. Failure to report within the given time will result in cancellation of your admission.
3. Withdrawal from your allotted seat will make you ineligible for future rounds, and remaining candidates will be considered for seat upgrades.

OJEE Web Counselling 2024: Documents and Drafts Required

1. Admission Fee : INR 10,000 or INR 5,000 (depending on category), paid online via BILLDESK/SBI/HDFC PAYMENT GATEWAY.
2. Additional Draft : INR 1,000 if not previously registered with OJEE.
3. Documents to Bring :
   • Rank/Scorecard of OJEE 2024, JEE (Main) 2024, or NEET 2024.
   • Class 10 board certificate and mark sheet.
   • Class 12 passing certificate and mark sheet.
   • Odisha residence certificate from a Tahsildar.
   • SC/ST certificate issued by the Odisha government.
   • Income certificate for TFW candidates (2022-2024).

OJEE Counselling 2025: Important Points To Remember

1. Scorecard : Bring your OJEE 2024 scorecard with you to the counselling.
2. Eligibility : Only candidates with valid scores from OJEE, ATMA, CAT, JEE Main, MAT, XAT, CMAT, NIMCET, GATE, or GPAT can attend the counselling. These scores need to be verified in person at the JEE Cell, Gandamunda, Bhubaneswar-751030.
3. JEE Rank Holders : JEE rank holders can participate in the counselling regardless of their admission status.
4. Reserved Categories : Candidates applying under reserved categories (ST/SC/ES/PC/GC/Women/SGS/TFW) must be Odisha natives and must present a 'RESIDENT/NATIVITY CERTIFICATE' along with a relevant category certificate during document verification.
5. Ex-Serviceman Quota : Seats under the Ex-Serviceman quota are available only for B.Tech first year, B.Arch, and B.Plan courses. Odisha natives claiming this quota should contact the Rajya Sainik Board for validation of their Ex-Serviceman status within the specified dates .
