SNAP 2024 Test 1 on December 8: SIU has released the SNAP 2024 exam schedule for test 1. Candidates can download the SNAP 2024 admit card for test 1 by visiting the official website of SNAP. This year, the SNAP exam will be conducted on 8, 15, and 21 December. Each day SNAP test will take place in two slots.

To conveniently take the exam and avoid any hassle, candidates must adhere to all the guidelines provided by SIU. Additionally, candidates should take note of the reporting time as candidates who will reach the exam centre late, won’t be allowed to sit for the test.

SNAP 2024 Test 1 Schedule

SNAP 2024 Test 1 is scheduled for December 8, 2024, at various test centers in 80 cities across India. Registered candidates should now focus on preparing for the exam day. To ensure a smooth experience, it’s essential to be familiar with key exam day guidelines, dos and don’ts, and other important details. SNAP 2024 test 1 will be held in two slots. SNAP 2024 Test Day Guidelines

Here are the key guidelines candidates must follow for SNAP 2024 Test 1:

  • Admit Card Requirements : Candidates must carry two colour printouts of their SNAP 2024 admit card. Black-and-white printouts or digital copies will not be accepted.
  • Verification Details : Candidates’ SNAP admit cards should display the following information accurately
    • Name
    • Category
    • SNAP ID
    • Test Date and Session
    • Test City and Center Address
    • Entrance Test Seat Number
  • Photo Requirement : Candidates must paste a recent passport-sized photograph to their admit card.
  • Biometric Verification : Candidates must provide a facial photograph as part of biometric verification at the exam centre.
  • Photo ID Proof : Candidates must carry the original copy of a valid government-issued photo ID.
  • Stationery : Candidates should have a simple black or blue ballpoint pen for signatures. Other stationery items are not permitted inside the exam venue.
  • Sectional Flexibility : Candidates can attempt any section in any order and switch between sections according to their necessity.
  • Designated Terminal : Candidates will be seated at designated seats, displaying their name, seat number, and photograph.
  • Extra Time for Special Categories : Differently-abled candidates, with or without scribes, will receive an additional 20 minutes.
  • Restricted Movement : After entering the examination hall, candidates won’t be allowed to leave the test room till the exam concludes.

SNAP 2024 Test 1 Exam Day: Things to Carry

Candidates must ensure they carry the following items to the exam center:
  1. Admit Card: A printed copy of the SNAP admit card is mandatory for entry. It should be printed in color as black-and-white copies will not be accepted.
  2. Government-Issued ID: Valid identification such as an Aadhaar card, passport, or driver's license is required.
  3. Passport-Sized Photograph: A recent passport-sized photograph is needed for verification purposes.

Note: Personal belongings such as bags, mobile phones, or electronic devices are strictly prohibited inside the examination hall. Candidates are advised to leave these items at home or in their vehicles.

SNAP 2024 Test 1 Exam Day: Important Guidelines

To ensure a smooth examination experience, candidates should adhere to the following guidelines:
  • Reporting Time: Arrive at the examination center by 12:30 PM for Slot 1 and by 3:00 PM for Slot 2.
  • CCTV Surveillance: The exam will be conducted under CCTV surveillance; hence candidates should not attempt to bring any unauthorized items into the exam hall.
  • Negative Marking: Be mindful of the marking scheme; each correct answer awards +1 mark, while incorrect answers incur a penalty of -0.25 marks.
  • Exam Format: The test will consist of 60 multiple-choice questions across three sections: General English, Analytical & Logical Reasoning, and Quantitative Data Interpretation & Data Sufficiency. The total duration of the exam is 60 minutes.
