UPESMET Exam 2025 for Phase 5 will be conducted in an AI-proctored home-based mode. Candidates preparing for the exam are not required to appear at the allotted exam centres and take the test there. Therefore, the UPESMET Admit Card 2025 will only be issued to the candidates on their registered email IDs. Only those candidates who have registered for the exam will be able to download their admit cards from only the link sent to their registered email ID by UPES. The admit cards will not be sent to the candidates through the post.
The slot booking process for UPESMET 2025 officially starts on the university’s website, a few days ahead of the examination. To access the UPESMET 2025 admit card, candidates are first required to complete the slot booking. UPES provides applicants the flexibility to select their preferred exam date and time during this process. To book a slot, candidates must log in using their application number and password through the official portal.
All candidates appearing for UPESMET 2025 must follow the UPESMET 2025 Exam Day Guidelines outlined below on the day of the examination. Non-compliance with any instruction may result in the cancellation of candidature:
Log in at least one hour before the exam begins using the official exam link provided. Early login helps ensure a smooth start and troubleshooting, if needed.

To maintain the integrity of the exam, candidates are prohibited from doing certain actions, such as:
Have any other person present in the room during the examination.
Use a mobile hotspot for internet access, as it may lead to connection instability.
Operate any electronic devices apart from the desktop or laptop used for the test.
Use headphones, earphones, or similar accessories during the exam.
Leave or move away from their seat at any point while the exam is in progress.
Engage in any form of malpractice, cheating, or suspicious behavior. Such activities will lead to immediate disqualification.
