The XAT result, expected to be announced in the last week of January 2024, will open the doors to a world of opportunities.
What After XAT Result 2024?
XAT is a test for getting into XLRI Jamshedpur and more than 150 other colleges that are part of XAMI. If you pass the XAT exam, you can apply for MBA/PGDM courses in these colleges. Apart from XLRI and XAMI colleges, there are more than 800 other MBA colleges in India that accept XAT scores. When you want to join an MBA program through XAT, you have to go through a Group Discussion (GD) and a Personal Interview (PI). All the colleges that use XAT scores as a basis for admission set a minimum score (cut off). If you meet or exceed this cut off, you can participate in GD/PI, and if you do well, you can get admission to their MBA programs.
Apply for XLRI Jamshedpur’s GD/PI Round
After the announcement of the XAT 2024 results, individuals who took the test should evaluate their chances of qualifying for the GD/PI round at XLRI. This involves comparing their scores with the minimum cut-off set by XLRI for admissions. XLRI promptly releases course-specific XAT cut-offs within two to three days of the result announcement, allowing candidates to apply for the GD/PI round.
- The application process for XLRI Jamshedpur's GD/PI is conducted online and is free of charge. To apply, candidates need to log in using their XAT registration ID and submit their XAT exam score. It's important to note that candidates can only fill out the form for XAT GD/PI if they had selected XLRI as an option in the XAT application form.
Prepare for XLRI GD/PI
The GD/PI round for XLRI in Jamshedpur and Delhi-NCR takes place from February to March at four locations: Bangalore, Delhi, Mumbai, and Jamshedpur.- In the Personal Interview (PI) round, a panel of interviewers assesses the candidates' personalities. They ask questions about the candidates' education and current employment. Most questions are related to the candidate's education and interests. During this round, interviewers evaluate candidates based on their aptitude, problem-solving skills, and interpersonal skills.
