Step 1: Visit official website

• Click on the "Register" button on the XAT home page.
• Enter the candidate's name, phone number, email ID, preferred password, and residential state.
• Next, candidates have to enter the provided captcha.
• After entering the security code, click on the "I agree" tab and proceed by clicking on "Submit."

Photograph

• The passport-sized photograph should be taken within 6 months.
• The candidate must look straight into the camera with a relaxed face. Additionally, the photo should be taken against a white background.
• The photograph must not have a "red-eye" or glass reflection. The eyes of candidates must be clearly visible.
• Caps, hats, and dark glasses are not accepted for XAt registration.
• Religious headwear or turban is allowed, but candidates' faces must be visible.
• File size must be under 20 KB to 50 KB.
• Dimensions of the scanned photograph should not exceed 200 x 300 pixels.
• The format of the file must be .jpg or .jpeg.
• The photograph background should be light or white.

Signature

• Candidates must sign with a black pen on white paper.
• The signature must be of the applicant and not any other person.
• The signature must be scanned at 200 dots per inch resolution.
• The dimension of the signature for XAT application must be 140 x 60 pixels.
• The file size of the scanned signature should be between 10 KB to 20 KB.
