Centre Commits to Implementing Expert Panel for NEET UG: The Centre, the government of India, has decided to act on the suggestions made by an expert panel to improve the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test for Undergraduates ( NEET-UG ). This was announced in a hearing before the Supreme Court. The panel led by K. Radhakrishnan, the former chief of ISRO, was formed to suggest ways to make NEET more secure and fair.

The Centre has informed the Supreme Court that it will follow all the recommendations made by the expert panel. The report was submitted, and the government aims to apply the changes to improve the NEET exam process. - CCTV Monitoring : The panel recommends using CCTV cameras at all exam centres to prevent any wrongdoing.
- Secure Transportation : The use of closed vehicles with locks for transporting exam materials is also suggested instead of using e-rickshaws, which can be unsafe.
