HP NEET Merit List 2025 will be released soon by Atal Medical and Research University (AMRU), Himachal Pradesh. This merit list will be prepared for students who have registered for NEET counselling and want admission to MBBS and BDS courses under the state quota and management quota seats in Himachal Pradesh. The merit list will include names of candidates who have applied and are eligible based on their NEET UG 2025 scores. The list will be available in PDF format on the official website – amruhp.ac.in.

HP NEET Merit List 2025 Eligibility Criteria

Only those candidates who meet the NEET 2025 cutoff marks and qualify the eligibility requirements will be included in the HP 2025 NEET merit list.

• General/General-EWS candidates must have studied Physics, Chemistry, and Biology/Biotechnology in Class 12 and secure at least 50% marks in the NEET exam. HP NEET Merit List 2025 Tie-Breaking Criteria

In the event of a tie, where two or more candidates from the same category achieve identical marks in NEET UG 2025, the following tie-breaking procedures will be used:

1. Biology Score: Preference will be given to the candidate with the higher score in the Biology section of NEET UG 2025.
2. Chemistry Score: If the tie remains unresolved, the scores in the Chemistry section will be considered next; the candidate with the higher score in Chemistry will be ranked higher.
3. Incorrect Answers: If the tie is still not broken, the number of incorrect answers will be examined. Candidates with fewer incorrect responses will be given a higher rank.
4. Age: As the final tie-breaking criterion, older candidates will be given preference.

HP NEET Counselling Process 2025

The HP NEET 2025 Counselling Process is conducted by Atal Medical and Research University (AMRU), Himachal Pradesh. This process includes registration, document verification, choice filling, seat allotment, and reporting. Candidates must follow these steps:

• Registration: Candidates must register online at the official AMRU website. After creating a login, candidates need to fill in their details and upload documents.

• Publication of Merit List: Based on the NEET 2025 score and eligibility, the university will publish the HP NEET state merit list.

• Choice Filling: Eligible candidates listed in the merit list will be allowed to fill in their preferences for MBBS/BDS courses and colleges.

• Seat Allotment: Based on the merit rank, category, and choice preferences, AMRU will publish the seat allotment list. Allotted candidates will receive their allotment letter online.
