The National Testing Agency (NTA) is set to release the Re-NEET 2026 Admit Card on or before June 14, 2026 on the official portal neet.nta.nic.in. Over 22.79 lakh candidates who appeared for the original NEET UG exam on May 3, 2026 — which was subsequently cancelled due to a paper leak — are awaiting their fresh hall tickets.
The NEET 2026 admit card download link for the re-exam will go live on the NTA website, and all candidates must note that the original admit card issued on April 26, 2026 is now invalid. A brand-new hall ticket must be downloaded for the June 21 re-examination. The City Intimation Slip — a precursor to the admit card — was officially released on June 7, 2026, by NTA via its official portal and confirmed on the @NTA_Exams X (Twitter) handle.

Click on the "City Intimation Slip – NEET UG 2026 Re-Exam" link.

The original NEET UG 2026 admit card (April 26) is now cancelled and invalid. Do not carry it to the exam.
A fresh hall ticket is being issued to all 22.79 lakh registered candidates. No new registration is needed.
Candidates may be given 15 minutes of extra time during the re-examination (as per official updates).
Revised exam timing: 2:00 PM to 5:15 PM (3 hours 15 minutes total duration).
The exam will be conducted in offline pen-and-paper (OMR) mode at over 5,400 centres across 550 cities.
Carry a valid, original Photo ID (Aadhaar Card, Passport, Driving Licence, etc.) along with the admit card.
No fee will be charged for the re-examination. Registration fees paid earlier will be refunded to the original bank account.
The question paper medium cannot be changed — it will remain the same as chosen during the original application.
Report to the exam centre well before the gate closure time. Late entry may not be permitted.
The re-exam will be conducted with enhanced security measures, including stricter paper transport protocols.
Ignore and report any fake paper leak claims or unauthorised admit card links on Telegram, WhatsApp, or social media.
The 2026 re-examination situation closely mirrors what happened in 2024, when NEET UG was cancelled for a subset of candidates following irregularities. That precedent provides a useful benchmark.

In 2024, the NEET re-exam admit card was released approximately 4 days before the exam. For 2026, NTA has set a longer window (by June 14, which is 7 days before the exam) likely due to the scale — over 22 lakh candidates compared to fewer than 2,000 in 2024.
