Telangana NEET Counselling 2025 is the process for eligible students for MBBS and BDS seats in medical and dental colleges of Telangana who passed the NEET UG 2025 exam. The counselling will be conducted by the Kaloji Narayana Rao University of Health Sciences (KNRUHS), Warangal. The official notification for counselling has been released, and students can apply online from 16 July 2025 to 25 July 2025.

To be eligible for Telangana NEET Counselling 2025, students must meet the NEET UG 2025 cutoff. The minimum marks required depend on the category.

Candidates must follow certain rules to be eligible for Telangana NEET Counselling 2025. These rules include nationality, residency, and educational qualifications.
The student must be an Indian national, or a Person of Indian Origin (PIO), or an Overseas Citizen of India (OCI) cardholder (issued before 04-03-2021).
The student must have studied in Telangana for at least 4 continuous academic years ending with the year of the qualifying exam.
If the student hasn’t studied but lived in Telangana for at least 4 years before the qualifying exam, they are also eligible.
Students must have appeared for the qualifying exam in Telangana if they didn’t study in an institution.
Note: Admissions are subject to the Supreme Court's decision in pending legal matters.
To apply for MBBS or BDS seats, students must meet the following educational qualifications:
Passed 10+2 or equivalent with Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology, and English.
Minimum required marks:
OC Category: 50% in science subjects
BC/SC/ST Category: 40% in science subjects
OC PWD: 45% in science subjects
EWS Category: 50% in science subjects
Must have qualified in NEET UG 2025 with marks above the category-wise cutoff.
Age Limit: Must be 17 years old on or before December 31, 2025.
PWD candidates must undergo a medical board examination set by the university to confirm their eligibility.
KNRUHS, Warangal, handles the Telangana NEET counselling. Students who qualify for NEET 2025 will have to follow these procedures:
Online Registration: Visit the KNRUHS official website and register from 16 July to 25 July 2025. Pay the fee and fill out the application.
Uploading Documents: Upload all the required certificates, such as the NEET rank card, personally endorsed NEET marksheets (both should be in the same PDF), caste/EWS/income certificate (if applicable), photo, and signature.
Document Verification: The university will verify the uploaded documents. A form with wrong or incomplete information will lead to rejection.
Merit List: KNRUHS will publish a merit list of eligible students for the seat allotment process.
Web Options Entry: Log in to fill your preferred colleges in the MBBS and BDS order of preference.
Seat Allotment: Seats will be allotted based on NEET rank, category, and your filled preferences.
Reporting to College: You must download the allotment letter and report to the respective college with your original documents.
Final Admission: The college will verify your documents. If everything is fine, your admission will be processed and finalised.
