NSEP Exam Date 2024 Out:
The much-awaited NSEP Exam Date 2024 has been announced for the students who have completed the registration process for the NSEP Exam 2024 which is the first stage of the International Physics Olympiad.
NSEP Exam 2024 in DELHI & NCR (Delhi, Gurgaon, Noida, Greater Noida, Faridabad & Ghaziabad City) for leftover centres, will be conducted on 22nd December 2024 (Sunday) between 8:30 am to 10:30 am.
The Indian Association of Physics Teachers (IAPT) with the help of the Homi Bhabha Centre for Science Education conducted the NSEP Exam 2024-25 on 24th November 2024 (Sunday) between 08:30 am to 10:30 am at the various exam centers

The NSEP stands for National Standard Examination in Physics Exam 2024 is conducted for classes 11 and 12 and the NSEP Admit Card 2024 for the same will be issued to the candidates 15 days before the NSEP Exam Date 2024. The Indian Association of Physics Teachers (IAPT) along with the Homi Bhabha Centre for Science Education organizes the National Standard Examination in Physics Test, which is a two-hour written test with 60 Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs).
Every year around 20000 to 60000 students register for the NSEP Examination from classes 11 and 12 and based on their performance candidates will be shortlisted for Indian National Physics Olympiad.
NSEP Exam 2024-25 is an engaging quiz comprises theoretical objective questions for students who are interested in Physics and enjoy solving questions helping students shine and get ready for international competition.
National Standard Examination in Physics is conducted in English & Hindi, Gujarati ,Bangla, Tamil & Telugu or any Indian Language provided 300 students OPT for it (option at the time of enrolment).
NSEP Exam Date 2024
The NSEP stands for National Standard Examination in Physics. Students who qualify the NSEP round are eligible to appear for the INPO Exam which is the second stage of the International Physics Olympiad (IPO). This NSEP 2024-25 Exam is a Multiple Choice based Test of 60 questions to be completed within a time duration of 2 hours (120 minutes).
Students will be provided with worksheets to complete the questions, On the answer sheet, make all the entries carefully in the space provided ONLY in BLOCK CAPITALS as well as by properly darkening the appropriate bubbles. As per the officials guidelines the NSEP 2024-25 is going to be commenced on 24th November 2024 (Sunday).

NSEP Exam Pattern 2024-25
The NSEP 2024-25 exam consists of two parts.

Part 1 consists of 48 multiple choice questions with one correct answer from the given options and Part 2 consists of 12 MCQs with one or more correct answers.

The total marks for NSEP 2024-25 is 216.

Also 1 mark is penalized for each wrong answer and 3 marks for each correct answer.

The question paper language is available in English, Hindi, Gujarati, Bangla, Tamil, Telugu and all Indian languages (provided 300 students opt for it). For NSEP registration 2024-2025, students must select one language of their choice.

NSEP Admit Card 2024-25 is a mandatory document to be carried to the exam premises and is released a few days before the NSEP Exam Date. The NSEP Hall Ticket 2024 will be available online on the official website of IAPT at https://www.iapt.org.in/ and you can easily access the NSEP Exam Admit Card from the direct link that will be shared here.
Only the students who have registered for the NSEP Examination 2024-25 are eligible to appear in the NSEP exam and will be issued hall ticket. It is advisable to download it before the exam date to avoid any kind of technical glitches.

Find out the topics and chapters with maximum weightage and then design a study plan based on analysis for the NSEP Examination. It is recommended not to leave anything out. Also examine the more important subjects before and after the less important subjects.
