1. Two Passport size photographs
2. Original valid Photo-ID proof with Date of Birth (as printed on the Admission Certificate). Acceptable options include:
   • Aadhaar Card/Printout of E-Aadhaar
   • Voter’s ID Card
   • Driving License
   • PAN Card
   • Passport
   • ID Card issued by University/College/School
   • Employer ID Card (Government/PSU)
   • Ministry of Defence issued Ex-serviceman Discharge Book
   • Any other photo-containing valid ID card issued by the Central/State Government.

3. In the case of an equivalent qualification, candidates must provide a letter/order from the appropriate authority supporting their claim of educational qualification.
4. Certificate claiming to be from the candidate's category/caste.
5. Certificate validating physical disability claim (for PwD category candidates).

• If the date of birth is not printed on the Photo Identity Card, the candidate must provide a second original document (such as a Matriculation Certificate, a Marks Sheet exclusively given by CBSE/ICSE/State Boards, a Birth Certificate, or Category Certificate) as confirmation of their date of birth. Failure to match the date of birth on the admission certificate and the photo ID or certificate presented as proof of date of birth may lead to disqualification from the exam.
• PwD candidates using the services of scribes must also carry appropriate medical documentation, such as a medical certificate or undertaking, along with a photocopy of the scribe's photo ID. Failure to provide these documents may result in the candidate being unable to take the test.
• Candidates must bring any additional documentation listed on the admission certificate with them when they take the exam.
• Applications containing unclear signatures or photographs will be rejected. Therefore, candidates should ensure that all submitted documents are clear and legible.

   • Remarriage: Divorce decree or death certificate, current husband's passport photocopy, marriage license, or affidavit
   • Divorce: Divorce decree and sworn Deed Poll/Affidavit
   • Deed Poll/Affidavit duly sworn, paper clippings from two major daily newspapers, and Gazette Notification for other name change cases
