MHT CET Seat Allotment 2025: The State Common Entrance Test Cell, Maharashtra, conducts the MHT CET Seat Allotment 2025 process through a Centralized Admission Process (CAP).
The provisional seat allotment results for rounds 1, 2, and 3 will be announced online on the official website cetcell.mahacet.org, where candidates can log in with their credentials to check their allotment status.
MHT CET Provisional Merit List 2025 will be released on 18th July 2025, followed by the final merit list on 24th July 2025.
Both JEE Mains and MHT CET qualified candidates are considered for the MHT CET Seat Allotment 2025.
Candidates who have been assigned seats should download and print their MHT CET 2025 counselling letter for future use and report to the designated centers.
They will need to select an option for their allotted seat — freeze (accept the seat), float (look for a better option while keeping the allotted seat), or slide (move to a higher preference within the same institute).
The MHT CET 2025 seat allotment dates have not yet been released. However, we have provided the tentative dates of all the events in the table below.

The Fee Structure for MHT CET 2025 allotment varies depending candidates who opt for only one group (PCM or PCB) or both groups (PCM and PCB).
The fee is non-refundable under any circumstances, and service charges may apply if payment is made via mobile wallets or other online modes.

After the Registration Process is completed, the State Common Entrance Test Cell, Maharashtra, will release the provisional merit list on July 18, 2025. Based on the final merit list to be released on July 24, 2025, the MHT CET Seat Allotment 2025 is done.
Candidates fill in their college and course preferences online during each round of counselling. Choice filling plays a crucial role in seat allocation.
There are three rounds of MHT CET Counselling and Seat Allotment 2025. After each round, Seats are allotted based on merit rank, choices entered by candidates, and seat availability.
Candidates can check their MHT CET 2025 allotment status by logging in to the counselling portal with their credentials.
Those allotted seats must confirm admission by paying the seat acceptance fee online.
Candidates then report to the allotted institute for document verification and final admission procedures.
Then, candidates are required to report to their allotted college to complete the admission process. Failure to do so may result in losing the allotted seat.
Note: Only Maharashtra domicile candidates are eligible for state reservation quotas that follow government policy. Reservation percentages include OBC (19%), SC (13%), ST (7%), NT categories varying between 2% to 3.5%, etc.
The MHT CET 2025 Seat Allotment Letter will be issued through online mode on the official CET Cell website at cetcell.mahacet.org.
Candidates who have participated in the MHT CET counselling process must log in to download their provisional seat allotment letter as a PDF, which includes the details of the College or Institution allotted.
