How many times a student can appear in the WBJEE exam?

The number of times a candidate can apply for the WBJEE exam is unlimited. There is, however, an age limit for individuals seeking admission in West Bengal via WBJEE scores.

Is there a minimum mark needed in 10+2 to take WBJEE 2025?

Ans. To be eligible for WBJEE 2025, students must have a minimum of 45% in the qualifying examination (40% for SC/ST/OBC-A/OBC-B/PwD candidates).

What is the age limit for WBJEE 2025?

As of December 31, 2025, the minimum age for a candidate taking the WBJEE is 17 years. As of December 31, 2024, the highest age limit for applying to marine engineering courses is 25 years. Candidates seeking admission to other courses have no higher age limit.

Is WBJEE held only in West Bengal?

WBJEE 2025 is anticipated to be held in 50 zones (48 in West Bengal, one each in Assam and Tripura). WBJEE was administered in 306 test centres last year, with 303 of them located in the state.
