Hold a Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline

Be able to read, write, and speak Odia
Plus any one of the following:

Passed Middle School with Odia

Passed HSC with Odia as exam medium

Passed Odia as a subject in Class 8
Age Limit (as on 01-01-2025)

OPSC OCS Salary 2026
The selected candidates for the Group A post will be paid Rs. 56,100/- and the salary for Group B posts will be paid 44,900 in Pay Level 12 Cell-1 in the Pay Matrix under Rules-3 of ORSP Rules, 2027.
