Payment Methods and Refund Policies

Regarding refunds:

• Cancellation More Than 5 Weeks Before Test Date: Full refund minus an administrative fee.

What is the IELTS Cancellation Fee?

• Students will get a refund less the administration fee if they cancel their IELTS application more than five weeks before the exam date.
• They will be charged the entire amount if they postpone or cancel the exam within five weeks of the scheduled date unless they have an urgent medical necessity to do so.
• They will not be eligible for a refund if they are unable to show up for the exam, this will be considered as a cancellation.
