AP DSC Selection Process 2025
The AP DSC 2025 Selection Process consists of the following main steps:

Candidates are required to take the AP DSC Teacher Recruitment Test (TRT), which is conducted for positions such as Secondary Grade Teacher (SGT), Trained Graduate Teacher (TGT), Post Graduate Teacher (PGT), Physical Education Teacher (PET), and Language Pandit. This examination evaluates both the candidate's subject knowledge and teaching aptitude.

The merit list is formulated by assigning 80% weightage to the marks obtained in the DSC TRT exam and 20% weightage to the scores from the Andhra Pradesh Teacher Eligibility Test (TET). For some posts, including Physical Education Teacher (PET) and School Assistant (Physical Education), the merit list is based entirely on the DSC TRT marks.

Candidates whose names feature in the merit list must participate in the certificate verification process conducted at designated district centers. They are required to present original documents, including educational certificates, TET scorecards, caste certificates (if applicable), Aadhaar card, and other necessary identification documents, to confirm their eligibility for the post. Verification is a mandatory step in the recruitment process.
