Bihar BPSC Teacher Recruitment 2026 Application Process

Candidates must complete the One Time Registration (OTR) process before applying for Bihar BPSC TRE 4.0. OTR creates a candidate profile on the BPSC online portal and allows applicants to use their registered details while applying for different BPSC recruitments. Candidates who have already completed OTR do not need to create a new profile, but they should check that their details and registration status are complete. After completing OTR, candidates can log in, select Advertisement No. 14/2026 and proceed with the TRE 4.0 application. Candidates should carefully enter all information because some basic details cannot be changed after being saved.

BPSC One Time Registration (OTR) Process

BPSC requires candidates to complete the One Time Registration (OTR) process on its online portal (bpsconline.bihar.gov.in) before applying for TRE 4.0. Candidates who have already created an OTR profile should ensure that their registration is complete.

• Sign-Up: Visit the BPSC portal, click New User Registration, and register using an active mobile number and email ID. Complete the registration through OTP verification.

• DigiLocker Integration: Candidates can link their DigiLocker or Meri Pehchan account to provide consent for direct document uploading. They can also continue directly through the BPSC portal.

• 6-Step Profile Creation:

1. Personal Details: Enter category (UR, EWS, BC, EBC, SC, ST), disability status, and ex-serviceman status, wherever applicable.

2. Address Information: Enter permanent and correspondence address details.

3. Other Information: Provide details related to any pending criminal proceedings or other required legal disclosures.

4. Qualification Details: Enter educational qualification details from Class 10 onwards, including board, marks, passing year, and certificate details. Click Add after entering each qualification.

5. Experience Details: Enter relevant work experience details, if applicable.

6. Photo & Signature Upload: Capture a live photograph through the webcam and upload scanned English and Hindi signatures. The prescribed dimensions are 150–220 px in width × 250–320 px in height, with a file size of up to 20 KB.

• Profile Lock: Check all the information carefully and click Submit & Lock Profile.

Important: Details such as Name, Father's Name, Mother's Name, Gender, Aadhaar Number, and Date of Birth cannot be edited once saved in OTR.
