Candidates must register, fill in their personal and educational details, upload scanned copies of their photograph and signature as per the specified formats, and pay the application fee, which is Rs. 960 for one paper and Rs. 1440 for both papers for General/OBC categories, with reduced fees for SC/ST/PwD candidates. The Bihar STET 2025 admit card has been released on October 11, 2025, and the exam is scheduled to start from October 14, 2025 onwards. Bihar STET Minimum Qualifying Marks

The Bihar School Examination Board (BSEB) has prescribed the minimum qualifying percentages for the BSEB STET 2025. General category candidates are required to secure at least 50% marks to qualify for the exam. For candidates belonging to the SC/ST/PWD/women categories, the minimum qualifying percentage is set at 40%. Additionally, OBC candidates must achieve a minimum of 45.5%, while EBC candidates need at least 42.5% to pass
