Rajasthan BSTC Counselling Process 2025 is conducted online for candidates seeking admission to the 2-year Pre-D.El.Ed (Diploma in Elementary Education) program across government and private Teacher Education Institutes (TEIs) in Rajasthan. The process ensures fair and transparent seat allocation based on merit, preferences, and reservation policies.
1. Online Registration & Fee Payment:
Eligible candidates must register on the official counselling portal (predeledraj2025.in) between June 15 and June 23, 2025.
During registration, candidates enter their BSTC roll number, date of birth, and other required details.
Pay a non-refundable counselling registration fee of ₹3,000 online via e-Mitra, net banking, debit/credit card, or UPI.
2. Choice Filling & Locking:
After registration, log in with your credentials to fill and lock choices for preferred TEIs (colleges).
Arrange colleges in order of preference; review and lock choices before the deadline as changes are not allowed after locking.
3. Seat Allotment (Three Rounds):
The first seat allotment list is released on June 26, 2025.
Candidates can check their allotment status by logging into the portal.
If not allotted a seat or seeking a better option, wait for the second and third rounds or opt for “upward movement” to upgrade to a higher-preference seat if available.
4. Admission Fee Payment & Reporting1:
Candidates allotted a seat must pay the admission fee of ₹13,555 online between June 26 and July 2, 2025.
Report in person to the allotted institute for document verification from June 27 to July 3, 2025.
5. Document Verification:
Carry original documents and photocopies for verification at the allotted institute.
Required documents include admit card, result/scorecard, registration slip, payment receipts, educational certificates, ID proof, and photographs.
6. Provisional Admission Slip:
Upon successful verification, download the Provisional Admission Slip from your login.
