Bihar Teacher Salary : The Bihar Government will announce the Bihar Teacher Salary through the official notification for Bihar Teacher Recruitment . Classes 1 to 5 primary teachers in Bihar will receive a salary based on a basic pay of Rs 25,000, while teachers employed for Class 9 to 10 and Class 11 to 12 will have a basic pay of Rs 31,000 and Rs 32,000, respectively.

The Bihar government has revised the salary structures for teachers. Under the new recruitment process, primary teachers (teaching class 1-5) will receive a basic salary of Rs.25,000, and the gross salary, including dearness, house rent, and medical allowances, will be around Rs.38,000. Meanwhile, for middle schools (teaching class 6-8), the gross salary, based on a basic pay of Rs.28,000, will be around Rs.42,000 and teachers of Classes 11 and 12 will receive a basic salary of Rs 32000. Other elements of Bihar PRT, TGT, and PGT teacher in-hand salaries, such as DA and HRA, will be given as 42% and 8%, respectively.

BPSC Headmaster Salary Structure

The BPSC Headmaster receives a monthly Basic Pay of INR 35,000. In addition to the Basic Pay, the appointed candidates are entitled to various allowances as per government regulations.
