Bihar Teacher Salary : The Bihar Government will announce the Bihar Teacher Salary through the official notification for Bihar Teacher Recruitment . Classes 1 to 5 primary teachers in Bihar will receive a salary based on a basic pay of Rs 25,000, while teachers employed for Class 9 to 10 and Class 11 to 12 will have a basic pay of Rs 31,000 and Rs 32,000, respectively.

Under the new recruitment process, primary teachers (teaching class 1-5) will receive a basic salary of Rs.25,000, and the gross salary, including dearness, house rent, and medical allowances, will be around Rs.38,000. Candidates selected for the Bihar Teacher post will undergo probation for two years to evaluate their performance and behaviour. After successfully completing the probation period, they will become eligible for promotion to the selection grade.
