In total of 25 vacancies have been released across HSE, Mechanical, Civil, T&I, Finance, and other specializations. To be eligible for the IHBL Executive Recruitment 2025, candidates must meet the eligibility criteria discussed below:
Post-wise Educational Qualification
- Engineers: Full-time B.E./B.Tech./B.Sc. (Engg.) in relevant engineering disciplines with a minimum of 60% marks.
- Finance: CA/CMA membership.
- HR: Full-time MBA/PG Diploma in HRM/IR/Personnel with a minimum of 60%.
- HSE: B.E./B.Tech. degree with an Industrial Safety Diploma or a 4-year degree in Fire & Safety.
Experience Requirements
- Deputy Manager: Minimum 7 years of post-qualification experience in related fields.
- Senior Engineer: Minimum 5 years of post-qualification experience in related fields.
- Engineer/Officer: Minimum 3 years of post-qualification experience in related fields.
