PNB SO Exam Pattern 2025

• There are 4 sections in the PNB SO Exam 2023- Reasoning, Quantitative Aptitude, English Language, and Professional Knowledge.
• Duration of Exam is 120 minutes (2 Hours)
• There will be 200 Multiple Choice Questions for 200 marks.
• There is a negative marking of 0.25 marks for each incorrect response.

PNB SO Interview 2025

 Candidates selected from the written test proceed to the interview stage. Here they face a panel of interviewers who assess their communication skills, problem-solving skills, judgment, and overall suitability for the role. The interview allows candidates to demonstrate their skills and professionalism.

• Candidates who obtain minimum qualifying marks as decided by the Bank in Part-I will be considered for shortlisting for Interview based on merit prepared as per marks obtained by them in Part-II i.e. Professional Knowledge Test, provided they fulfill the other eligibility criteria concerning Educational Qualification and Post Qualification work experience for the respective post.
• Personal Interview will be of 50 marks. Minimum qualifying marks in interview shall be 45% i.e. 22.50 for SC/ST candidates & 50% i.e. 25 for other candidates.
• Document verification: After the interview, candidates undergo document verification. At this stage, it is ensured that the candidates have submitted genuine and correct documents confirming their eligibility criteria such as education, experience proofs, age certificates, and other relevant documents as per the recruitment guidelines.
• Medical Examination: The final stage of the selection process includes a health check. Applicants undergo a thorough medical evaluation to ensure that they meet the physical and health requirements required for the position of Credit Officer. This screening will help identify any medical conditions that may affect the applicant's ability to perform their duties effectively.
