  • The candidates must have completed B. Tech in Civil Engineering from a University with 55% marks in aggregate for the Unreserved category and 45% for the SC/ST/PWD candidates.
Junior Engineer(Electrical)
  • The candidates should possess a 3 years Diploma in Electrical Engineering with a minimum aggregate cut-off of 65% for the General candidates and 55% for the reserved candidates. Or
  • The candidate must have a degree in Electrical Engineering with a minimum aggregate cut-off of 55% for the Unreserved and 45% for the SC/ST candidate.

RBI JE Eligibility Criteria 2023 Domicile Requirements

Based on the previous year's official notification, candidates applying for the RBI Junior Engineer post do not necessarily need to be permanent residents of a specific state or region. However, they must have the ability to speak, read, and write in the official language of the state or region they are applying from.   • The candidates can also have a 1-year graduate apprenticeship training in a Public Sector Unit.
Junior Engineer(Electrical)
  • The aspirants should be having work experience of at least 2 years for the candidates who hold the Diploma. While the candidates who have passed a degree course should have a work experience of at least 1 year in execution and supervision of electrical installations in large buildings/ commercial buildings having HT/ LT substations, central AC plants, lifts, UPS, DG sets, CCTV, Fire alarm system, etc Or
  • The candidate must have completed a 1-year graduate apprenticeship training in a PSU.
