• To improve security arrangements at Branches and Offices.
• Carryout visits to Branches.
• Organize periodic security drills/ lectures etc.
• Carryout effective liaison with various Government Agencies.
• Other administrative work related to the Security Officer desk.
• To visit branches to review security arrangements and suggest upgradation if required at branches/offices.
• Improving security systems and security climate at branches and offices in the Administrative Unit
• Organize periodic security drills/ lectures etc. for developing security consciousness amongst employees.
• Disseminate laid down Disaster Management Plan by LHO to the branches.
• Ensure reduction in the number of security related incidents due to security lapses.
• Liaison with Government agencies including civil, military and police authorities.

SBI SCO Salary 2024 Allowances

A candidate selected as an apprentice is not eligible for any allowances. In addition to the SBI SCO Salary 2024, candidates in managerial posts can avail the following allowances.

1. Dearness Allowances (DA) – is the salary of living regulations allowances as long as the government pays to the employee of the public sector as long as the pensioners of the same.
2. House Rent Allowances (HRA) – This is a requital which is given to the employee as a stay comfort.
3. Medical Aid – Medical Aid will also be given as per the rules of PNB SO Post.

5. City Compensatory Allowance (CCA) – CCA is a taxable component of cost which is given to the employee to compensate them for working in the big metro city so that it supports them to live in the good. It is the confirmed salary rather than intended on basic Pay Scale. City Compensatory Allowance normally 0% 3%, and 4%, based on the places.
6. Special Allowance – These are the performance-based bonuses given to Canara bank employees depending upon their performance and per day.
7. Perquisites – it is the benefit of profit provided to the employee in extra to their regular salary. It includes newspaper allowance and medical allowances and travel allowances conveyance, house and furniture allowance and house maintains and laundry.
