  • The OBC category reservation applies solely to the 'Non-creamy layer'. Individuals categorized as 'Creamy Layer' are ineligible for the benefits. They must indicate the 'General' or General (LD/VI/HI/dande) category.
  • Candidates are required to submit the OBC certificate confirming the candidate's status as 'Non-creamy layer'.
  • EWS category candidates are eligible for benefits after presenting the 'Income and Asset Certificate' issued by the Government of India.
  • Candidates who are currently employed by SBI or have previously been employed there are disqualified from taking the exam.
  • Such candidates will be disqualified if there is a negative report or unsatisfactory CIBIL or other agency evaluation.
  • PwD candidates must provide the 'Disability Certificate' issued by Medical or any Component Authority in their district of residence.
  • During the appointment process, disabled Ex-servicemen and their dependents are prioritized over the dependents of defense personnel who have been killed or are highly disabled (50 percent).
