To be eligible for the position of Assistant Professor under the University Grants Commission (UGC) norms and the guidelines set by the Department of Higher & Technical Education, Jharkhand, one must fulfill the following criteria:- Master's degree in the concerned subject with a minimum of 55% marks (50% for SC/ST category candidates).
- Clear the National Eligibility Test (NET), Junior Research Fellowship (JRF), State Level Eligibility Test (SLET), or possess a Ph.D. degree in the relevant subject.
VBU Assistant Professor Selection Process 2024
- Application Process : The authorities will collect and review the submitted applications from the candidates.
- Shortlisting Candidates : Based on the applications received, the authorities will create a shortlist of candidates who will be invited for an interview session.
