CUET DU Eligibility Criteria 2025 is updated here for every course. The admission to the UG courses at Delhi University is done based on CUET exam. Candidates need to pass class 12 with a minimum required percentage. This percentage varies for different courses to get admission to Delhi University. CUET DU Eligibility Criteria 2025: General Eligibility Requirement

As per CUET Eligibility Criteria 2025 , there is no age limit for CUET examination. Du also does not include any age restriction to get admission. To appear in CUET exam, candidates must pass class 12. Candidates can check the other requirements below

CUET DU Eligibility Criteria 2025 for B.Sc (H) Anthropology, and Biological Sciences

Candidates must check CUET DU Eligibility Criteria before filling out CUET Application Form. Check the criteria below
  • Candidates must choose any one language paper from section 1A and three domain subjects such as Physics, Chemistry, and Biology/Biological Studies/Biotechnology/Biochemistry in CUET exam.
  • Candidates must secure a minimum of 30% score in any one language from section 1A in CUET exam.
  • The authority will prepare the merit list based on CUET scores obtained from the three domain-specific subject combinations.

CUET DU Eligibility Criteria 2025 for B.Sc. (Hons.) Botany, B.Sc. (Hons.) Zoology and B.Sc. (Hons.) Biomedical Science

  • Candidates need to appear for three domain-specific subjects including Physics, Chemistry, and Biology/Biological Studies/ Biotechnology/ Biochemistry.
  • Candidates must secure a minimum of 30% score in any one language from section 1A in CUET exam.

CUET DU Eligibility Criteria 2025 for B.Sc. (Hons.) Biochemistry

  • Candidates must have appeared for three domain-specific subjects, Physics, Chemistry, and Biology (or) physics, chemistry, and Mathematics, in the entrance exam to be eligible for the B.Sc. (Hons.) Biochemistry admission process.
  • Candidates must secure a minimum of 30% score in any one language from section 1A in CUET exam.

CUET DU Eligibility Criteria 2025 for B.Sc. (Hons.) Computer Science

  • Candidates must choose any one language from section IA.
  • Candidates must choose Mathematics as a mandatory domain-specific subject and any other two subjects from Section B.
  • The authority will prepare the merit list based on CUET scores obtained from the three domain-specific subject combinations.

CUET DU Eligibility Criteria 2025 for B.Sc. (Hons.) Electronics and Instrumentation

  • Select Physics, Chemistry, and Computer Science (or) Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics as mandatory subjects from section B in the domain-specific test.
  • Candidates must secure a minimum of 30% score in any one language from section 1A in CUET exam.

CUET DU Eligibility Criteria 2025 for B.Sc. (Hons) Environmental Science and Food Technology

  • Candidates must choose any one language from section IA.
  • Choose Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics (or) Physics, Chemistry, or Biology as mandatory subjects in the domain-specific test.

  • Combination I: Choose one Language from List A + Any two subjects from List B1 + Any one subject from either List B1 or List B2. OR
  • Combination II: Choose one Language from List A + One subject from either List B1 or List B2 + Section III of CUET (General Test)

CUET DU Eligibility Criteria 2025 for B.Voc. (Web Designing)

  • Combination I: Choose one Language from List A + Mathematics + Any two subjects out of which one is from List B1 OR
  • Combination II: Choose one Language from List A + Mathematics + Section III of CUET (General Test)

CUET DU Eligibility Criteria 2025 for B.Voc. (Health Care Management)

  • Combination I: Choose one Language from List A + Any two subjects from List B1 + Any one subject from either List B1 or List B2. OR

  • Combination I: Choose one Language from List A + Mathematics + Any two subjects out of which one is from List B1 OR

CUET DU Eligibility Criteria 2025 for B.Com. (Hons.), B.Com

  • Combination I: Choose one Language from List A + Any two subjects from List B1 + Any one subject from either List B1 or List B2 OR
  • Combination II: Choose one Language from List A + Any one subject from either List B1 or List B2 + Section III of CUET (General Test)

CUET DU Eligibility Criteria 2025 for B.Sc. (Hons.) Chemistry, Physics, and Polymer Science

  • You must have obtained a minimum of 30% score in any one language paper of section 1A.
  • In the domain-specific test, you must have appeared for the three-domain subjects, including Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics.

CUET DU Eligibility Criteria 2025 for B.Sc. (Hons.) Geology

  • Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics (or)
  • Physics + Chemistry + Geography/ Geology (or)
  • Physics + Chemistry + Biology/ Biological Studies/ Biotechnology/ Biochemistry
You should have obtained a minimum of 30% score from section 1A in the language test.

CUET DU Eligibility Criteria 2025 FAQs

Q1. What is the CUET score required for DU Admission?

Ans. Candidates must score a minimum of 480 out of 800 to get admission in Delhi University. However, candidates have to meet the cutoff only then they can get admission.

Q2. Who is eligible for CUET Exam?

Ans. Candidates appearing for CUET exam must have passed class 10+2 with a minimum of 50% marks as aggregate (45% for SC/ST candidates). To apply for any respective course, candidates must have a relevant subjects in 10+2.

Q3. What is the qualification for DU CUET?

Ans. Interested candidates need to pass class 12 from a recognized board and school to get selected for admission to Delhi University through CUET.

Q4. Is 480 a good score in CUET?

Ans. A score between 400-600 is considered as a average score in CUET UG exam and candidates can not get admission to DU with this score.
