TANUVAS Admission 2024-25 for UG courses is going to be done based on merit in the qualifying examination. Tamil Nadu Veterinary and Animal Sciences University (TANUVAS) offers UG programs in Veterinary Science and Animal Husbandry, Food Technology, Poultry Technology, Diary Technology, Bioinformatics and Biotechnology.
Candidates must qualify for class 12 with 60% aggregate marks to apply for TANUVAS Admission 2024-25 . The final allotment of seats is going to be done at the time of counselling. Eligibility Criteria For TANUVAS Admission 2024-25 : Candidates who are interested in admission at TANUVAS must know the eligibility criteria of TANUVAS Admission 2024-25 for UG courses below- B.Tech: Candidates who want to get admission to B.Tech courses at TANUVAS must secure 60% aggregate marks in class 12 with PCM as a compulsory subject. There are four specializations of B.Tech at TANUVAS such as Food Technology, Poultry Technology, and Diary Technology.
- BVSc & AH: Interested candidates must score a minimum of 60% marks in class 12 with Physics, Chemistry, and Biology as main subjects. The Bachelor of Veterinary Sciences & Animal Husbandry (BVSc) is a 5-year UG Course.

- Fill in the required details and pay the application fee using a Credit/Debit card or net Banking.

Q1. How many seats are there in veterinary colleges in Tamil Nadu?
Ans. There are 660 seats in seven veterinary colleges and 100 seats in B Tech food technology, dairy technology and poultry technology courses.
Q2. Can I get direct admission in veterinary college?
Ans. There is no direct admission in government college until or unless you are an NRI or taking Admission in NRI-sponsored seats. The fees you would need to pay will be 8–10 Lacs per annum. If you can afford then you may get Admission to a government veterinary college.
