Various Commemorative Events will be organised on 26th July 2025 to mark the 26th Kargil Vijay in schools, colleges, and government offices. Songs, Acts, and Speeches are delivered by the students, focusing on the Kargil Vijay Diwas.

Kargil Vijay Diwas Celebration

Kargil Vijay Diwas is celebrated by organising events in government offices, schools, and colleges. 

  • Events are conducted at the Kargil War Memorial in Dras. 

  • Kargil Vijay Diwas Celebrations are conducted by the students in schools and colleges. Students can remember the bravery and patriotism of the soldiers. Indian Army showed thier strong side against Pakistan, getting back the Tiger Hill.

  • Students organise acts, songs, and competitions on the Kargil Vijay Diwas. 

  • The celebrations are conducted to develop a feeling of unity and patriotism among the Indians. 

Vijay Diwas 2025 India

The Indian Army has decided to conduct a motivational tour for the Kargil Vijay Diwas 2025. A total of 120 students from multiple educational institutions participated in the motivational tour. They have appeared in the Vijay Diwas 2025 India motivational tour, the Lamochan View Point in Drass. The list of participating institutions:

Students who have participated in the Kargil Vijay Diwas 2025 motivational tour can learn about the Indian Army’s bravery in recapturing Tiger Hill in the war. They visited the Kargil War Memorial located in Dras. Miss Siddiqa Banoo, Joint Secretary of Team Stringmo, delivered a speech commemorating Kargil Vijay Diwas.
