CEED Eligibility 2025: IIT Bombay has released the official notification regarding the CEED Eligibility 2025 along with the registration process. The CEED Eligibility 2025 consists of minimum requirements such as educational qualification, nationality, age limit, and maximum number of attempts. Candidates are required to adhere to the CEED eligibility before appearing for the exam.
CEED 2025 registration has closed on 31st October 2024. The exam is scheduled for 19th January 2025. CEED admit card 2025 will be released on 3rd January 2025. Candidates can download the admit card from the official website of IIT Bombay at www.ceed.iitb.ac.in using their CEED login credentials.CEED Eligibility 2025 Overview
The CEED (Common Entrance Examination for Design) 2025 is an entrance exam for candidates aspiring to pursue postgraduate design programs (M.Des) in India. CEED 2025 eligibility requires candidates to meet certain academic qualifications and have a background in design or a related field. CEED Eligibility 2025 remains the same compared to the previous years. Only candidates who fulfill the CEED eligibility criteria are allowed to appear for the exam. CEED Eligibility 2025 Age Limit
According to CEED eligibility 2025, there is no lower or upper age limit. Aspirants of all age ages can apply for the CEED 2025 exam as long as they fulfill other eligibility criteria such as educational qualification. However, candidates must check the M.Des age limit released in the eligibility criteria as laid by the concerned authorities.CEED Eligibility 2025 Educational Qualification
Candidates must have the following educational qualifications to appear for the CEED 2025 exam.- After 10+2 level, candidates must have completed their degree/diploma/post graduate degree program of minimum 3 years, Or
- Freshers appearing for the final examination of such a program by July 2025, Or
- Candidates should have passed the GDA Arts Diploma Program (10+5 level) by July 2025.
CEED Eligibility 2025 Nationality (Indian and Foreign Nationals)
As per CEED Eligibility 2025, Indian and Foreign Nationals are allowed to appear for the exam. Foreign Nationals must fulfill the CEED eligibility in order to participate in the CEED 2025. For foreign nationals some major points under CEED eligibility 2025 include.- Candidates must have completed (10+2+4) years or (10+2+3) years in any stream.
- They must have a diploma of minimum 3 years after 10+2 level.
- Candidates must be at least 18 years of age as on 1st July 2025 and must have a valid passport.
CEED Eligibility 2025 Number of Attempts
According to the CEED Eligibility 2025 prescribed by IIT Bombay, there are unlimited attempts permissible. As long as candidates meet other CEED Exam Eligibility, they are allowed to take the exam as many times as necessary to clear the exam.CEED Eligibility 2025 Scribe Qualification
The orthopedically or visually impaired candidates will be allowed to have a scribe facility to appear for Part A of the CEED examination. To get a scribe, candidates must follow the given rules.- During filling out the application form, candidates must clearly mention that they belong to the PwD category.
- Authorities are responsible to provide the scribe to the candidates.
CEED 2025 Reservation Criteria
The All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) and the Ministry of Human Resource Development (MHRD) have prescribed the reservation policy for the CEED 2025 exam. For the reserved category aspirants, seats have been reserved as per the reservation policy.
