CEED Exam 2025 Overview
The CEED (Common Entrance Exam for Design) is a national-level exam for admission to Master of Design (M.Des) courses provided by IISc Bangalore, IIT Hyderabad, IIT Kanpur, IIT Jodhpur, IIT Bombay, IIT Delhi, IIT Guwahati, and IIT Roorkee. The CEED exam is conducted by IIT Bombay once every academic year.
IIT Bombay is only responsible for conducting the CEED exam and will not participate in any counselling or joint seat allotment process. The shortlisted candidates in the CEED exam are supposed to apply directly to the participating institutes based on their scores.
The CEED Exam 2025 is scheduled for 19th January 2025. The exam is divided into two parts namely, Part A and Part B. CEED Part A will be conducted in a computer-based mode and consists of 41 questions. Meanwhile, Part B will be offline-based and include 5 questions. Part B answer booklets will be evaluated only if the candidates meet the CEED cut-off for Part A.
