Interview :

Induction Training Programme :
- Selected candidates will undergo an ‘Induction Training Programme at the Bank’s staff training college in Mangaluru or any other place decided by the Bank.
- This training will be conducted at the Bank’s cost.
Probation :
- After completing the induction training successfully, candidates will be posted to any one of the Bank branches/offices.
- They will be on probation for one year.
- After satisfactory completion of the probation period, they will be confirmed as Probationary Officers (PO) as per the rules and regulations of the Bank.
