• GATE 2023 registration number, GATE 2023 paper code, etc.
• Applicant's full name as per the GATE 2023 application form
• Applicants permanent and residential addresses
• Educational Qualification.
• A scanned copy of the same passport-sized photograph used in the GATE application in jpg or gif format and not exceeding 50 KB in size.
• Resume in doc or docx format; the maximum file size should not exceed 200 KB.

• Payments can be made using credit or debit cards. Upon successful fee payment, the status will be updated to "Payment Received." It is advisable to print and keep the payment receipt for future reference.

• Download the challan and obtain a printout.
• After two working days of submitting the application form, proceed to deposit the required amount in cash into the HPCL Powerjyoti A/C number.
• Ensure that the bank affixes a 'payment received' stamp and journal number on both parts of the challan.
• Collect the 'applicant's copy' of Part 2 of the challan from the bank and store it safely for future reference.
• Once the fee payment is successful, the payment status will be updated to "Payment Received."

• Shortlisting: This stage primarily relies on category- and discipline-wise merit lists, which are determined based on GATE 2023 scores. It carries a significant weightage of 85%.
• Pre-selection: This phase involves the use of selection tools such as Group Discussions (GD) and Personal Interviews (PI). The pre-selection round holds a weightage of 15%.
• Selection: The final selection depends upon the applicants' medical fitness in accordance with the company's policies.

• Selected Officers will undergo a one-year probation period starting from their date of joining.
• After successful completion of training, they will be confirmed as officers in Grade A.

• During the first six months of probation, Rs 5000 will be deducted as a retention amount, which will be refunded after confirmation.
