STEP-I: Apply Online To apply, the candidate needs to submit the application through the IIT Bhilai website. Once the details are filled in, an application number will be created, and it's important for the candidate to remember this number. Ensure that you upload the necessary testimonials where needed to verify your information and include your digital photograph and signature. Upon completing the online application, you can generate a printout with your specific details. Keep this printout for any future needs. STEP-II: Make Payment There's a fee of 100 INR for SC/ST/PwD/female applicants and 200 INR for others. Pay the fee using State Bank Collect. Go to SBI Collect, choose MTech Application Fee, and pay according to your category. Remember to state your application ID (e.g., ME-101) correctly when filling out the SBI collect challan. Once paid, SBI Collect provides a payment reference number (e.g., DU12345678). Keep a copy of the SBI i-collect receipt for future reference. - Prospective candidates are required to complete registration on the COAP portal prior to submitting the application form on the IIT Bhilai online admission portal. The COAP registration number is essential for the completion of the application form.

- Individuals with degrees from foreign universities should submit an equivalence certificate from the Association of Indian Universities (AIU), New Delhi, for the qualifying exam and evidence of attaining first-class or 60% (55% for SC/ST) marks or equivalent in the qualifying examination.
- Applicants are recommended to verify the Institute website and COAP website for results/important announcements. Additionally, they should check the provided email address for essential communications and announcements. Offer letters will be accessible exclusively through the COAP portal.
- All correspondence concerning admission will be conducted through email.
