How to Choose IIT JAM 2025 Exam City?

IIT JAM 2025 examination will be held across eight zones. The list of these zones and their respective examination cities can be found in Annexure IV (Probable Examination Cities of JAM 2025).

When filling out the JAM 2025 application, candidates must select their first, second, and third choice of cities. Once the first city is chosen, it will determine the zone for the exam. The second and third city choices must be from the same zone as the first one. An alternate city will be allocated if a city from the chosen list cannot be assigned due to operational reasons.

Candidates are encouraged to regularly check the official JAM 2025 website for any updates regarding the examination cities.

How to Change IIT JAM Exam Centre 2025? Exceptional Circumstances

When filling out the IIT JAM 2025 application form, candidates can choose up to three test locations. Once the IIT JAM 2025 exam centres are selected and the application is submitted, they cannot be changed. However, in exceptional cases, candidates may request to change their JAM 2025 exam centre when the correction window is open. To do so, they must submit an authorized request and pay a processing fee of Rs. 500 through the JOAPS website.
