- To maintain the integrity of the exam, candidates are prohibited from bringing communication devices or electronic gadgets such as mobile phones, digital watches, calculators, earphones, or any other items that may offer an unfair advantage. However, analogue watches are permitted inside the exam hall.
- Candidates should bring at least two ballpoint pens (black or blue) and one HB pencil for filling out the OMR answer sheet. It is important to note that study materials, calculators, mobile phones, digital watches, iPads, and jewellery should be avoided.

The AILET 2025 Question Paper for the BA LLB program will consist of 150 multiple-choice questions (MCQs), with a total of 150 marks. Each correct answer will earn 1 mark, while incorrect answers will incur a negative marking of 0.25 marks. If any page is damaged, missing, or not printed clearly, candidates must immediately notify the invigilator and request a replacement question paper and OMR sheet.
- Rough Work: A designated space is provided at the end of the question booklet for rough work. Candidates are instructed to do all rough work only in this space. Rough work performed outside the designated area will not be considered.
