CLAT 2025 Tie Breaker Rule

The CLAT 2025 tie-breaker rule is applied when two or more candidates obtain the same overall marks in the CLAT exam. The tie is resolved in the following manner.

First, the candidate with higher marks in the Legal Aptitude section of CLAT 2025 is given preference.
If the tie persists, the older candidate (higher age) is ranked higher.
If the tie remains unresolved, a computerised draw of lots is conducted to determine the rank.

CLAT 2025 Counselling and Seat Allotment
