Steps to fill CLAT 2026 Application Form
Filling the CLAT 2026 application form is a multi-step online process that candidates must complete through the official CLAT Consortium website. The procedure includes registering with basic details, logging in to access the form, and providing academic, personal, and preference information as required. 1. CLAT 2026 Registration
Go to the CLAT Consortium’s official website at consortiumofnlus.ac.in.
Click on the window that says “Click Here” to open the registration page.
On the left-hand side, a login form appears. For first-time registration, click on the “Don’t Have an Account ?” link.
The CLAT registration form will appear on the screen.
Enter your name, mobile number, email ID, and create a password.
Submit the captcha code and verify your account using the OTP sent to your registered mobile number or email.
Once you enter the OTP, your CLAT account is created.
2. Fill the Application Form
Candidates have to log in using their CLAT credentials. The application form looks as presented below.
Personal Information: Enter your full name, date of birth, gender, nationality, category, PwD status (if applicable), domicile details, and parent/guardian information.
Communication Details: Fill in your correspondence and permanent address, state/UT, district, PIN code, mobile number, and email ID.
Academic Information: Provide details of your Class 10 and 12 (or equivalent) qualifications, including school name, board, year of passing, and marks. PG candidates must enter LLB or equivalent details.
Course Selection: Choose between CLAT UG or CLAT PG as per your eligibility.
Test Centre Preference: Select three preferred exam cities from the available list.
NLU Preference: Mark the National Law Universities in order of your preference.
Reservation Quota: Select reservation category and provide relevant details if applying under a reserved quota.
3. Upload Mandatory Documents
