MH CET Law 2026 Exam Dates, Tentative Dates for 5 and 3 Year LLB

MH CET Law 2026 Exam Dates will be notified by the State Common Entrance Test Cell (CET Cell), Maharashtra, on its official website. The exam dates will include the MH CET Law 2026 application form date, MH CET Law 2026 admit card date, MH CET Law 2026 result date, and MH CET Law 2026 counselling dates. CET Cell Maharashtra will likely open the 3-year LLB registrations in December 2025, followed by the 5-year LLB registration in the second week of January 2026.

MH CET Law 2026 Exam Dates (Tentative)

MH CET Law 2026 exam dates will be notified on the official website. As per the tentative schedule, the 5-year LLB entrance test is expected to be held in the last week of April 2026, while the 3-year LLB exam is planned for the first week of May 2026. MH CET 2026 is a state-level entrance exam, conducted by the CET Cell Maharashtra, for admission to premier law colleges across Maharashtra.

MH CET Law 2026 Application Form Date

MH CET Law 2026 application form date will be out along with the MH CET Law 2026 exam dates. The CET Cell Maharashtra will tentatively open the application process for the 3-year LLB in the last week of December 2025 on the official website. MH CET Law 2026 application form date will tentatively be in the first week of January 2026. 

 The last date for both 3 & 5-year LLB courses registration is expected to be in the fourth week of March 2026. The authorities will also open the form correction window during which candidates can edit their information. Candidates must submit the form within the deadline to be eligible for the entrance tests. 

MH CET Law 2026 Admit Card Date

MH CET Law 2026 admit card is expected to be released a few weeks before the commencement of the entrance exams. The authorities will release separate admit cards for the 3 and 5-year LLB programs on their official website. Using their registration number and date of birth, candidates can download the admit card from the official Maharashtra CET Cell website. It is a mandatory document and must be carried to the examination venue for verification along with a valid photo ID. 

MH CET Law 2026 Exam Date

MH CET Law 2026 exam will be conducted in online mode for both 3 and 5-year LLB programs. The 3-year LLB entrance exam is likely to be conducted in the first week of May 2026, while the 5-year LLB may take place in the last week of April 2026. The entrance exam is conducted by the Maharashtra State Common Entrance Test Cell and serves as a gateway for admission to various law colleges across Maharashtra.

MH CET Law 2026 Result Date

MH CET Law 2026 result date will be announced along with the MH CET Law 2026 exam dates. The results may be out within 2-3 weeks after the exam.  Candidates can download the MH CET Law 2026 result from the official Maharashtra CET Cell website by logging in with their application number and date of birth. The result will be in the form of a scorecard with details such as candidates’ marks, percentile, rank, and qualifying status. 

MH CET Law 2026 Counselling Dates

MH CET Law 2026 counselling is expected to take place in June 2026, in online mode. The Maharashtra State Common Entrance Test Cell and the Directorate of Higher Education, Mumbai, conduct the MH CET Law 2026 counselling for admission to law programs at affiliated colleges. Candidates need to fill in their college preference during the counseling process. Based on the candidates’ merit ranks and college preference, seat allotment will be done.
