MH CET Law Seat Allotment 2025 is conducted through the Centralised Admission Process (CAP) for both 3-year and 5-year LLB programs in Maharashtra. The seat allotment list will be published once all the MH CET LLB CAP Rounds are over. Seat allotment is done in three CAP rounds, based on merit, category, and candidate preferences.
After each round, candidates can choose to "freeze" their allotted seat if satisfied or opt for "betterment" to try for a higher-preference seat in the next round. However, those who freeze their seat in Round 1 are not eligible for subsequent rounds. The State CET Cell publishes both individual and institute-wise allotment lists online.
