What is a Good GMAT Score?

On the day of your GMAT exam, once you finish, you will get your unofficial score, and you can choose to either accept or cancel it. So, what is considered a good GMAT score? A good score is usually above 650 and can help you meet the cut-off for the MBA college you want to apply to. If your score matches the requirements for the MBA or MIM program you're aiming for, you can go ahead with it. However, students should remember that a good GMAT score is just one part of the application. Business schools also look at your academic performance, work experience (for MBA, not usually for MIM), involvement in extracurricular activities, and more. Additionally, your resume, Statement of Purpose (SOP), Letters of Recommendation (LOR), and admission essays are very important for your application. To get into top business schools, you need to submit a well-rounded and strong application.
