IIM Bodh Gaya MBA Admission Policy 2025: Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Bodh Gaya has released the official admission policy for its MBA program for the 2025-27 batch. IIM Bodh Gaya will consider candidates’ CAT scores to create the shortlist for the PI round. The deserving candidates must clear subsequent selection rounds, which will be conducted as part of the Common Admission Process (CAP). To create the final merit list, IIM Bodh Gaya will consider candidates’ CAT scores, PI performance, and academic profile.

To be eligible for admission to IIM Bodh Gaya’s MBA program 2025-27, candidates must meet the following criteria:- Academic Qualification : A bachelor's degree with at least 50% marks (45% for SC/ST/PwD candidates) from a recognised university.
- Citizenship : Candidates must be Indian citizens.
IIM Bodh Gaya MBA Admission 2025 Reservation Policy
IIM Bodh Gaya has a total of 300 seats for the MBA program. However, these seats may be changed by the institute. To allocate seats to MBA applicants, the institute will adhere to the reservation policy governed by Government of India rules for SC, ST, NC-OBC, EWS, and PwD categories. IIM Bodh Gaya also includes reservations for female candidates. This policy ensures gender balance while prioritising merit. 70% of seats are initially Gender-Neutral, open to all candidates based on merit. If an optimal number of girls are selected in the gender-neutral category, the remaining 30% of seats remain Gender-Neutral. If not, some of the 30% seats are converted to Supernumerary Girls (SNG) seats. These seats are exclusively for girls, while the rest remain Gender-Neutral. The IIM Bodh Gaya admission process for MBA Batch 2025-27 comprises the following steps:- CAT 2024 Examination : Candidates must appear for the CAT 2024 exam.
- Shortlisting for Personal Interview (PI) : Candidates are shortlisted for CAP PI rounds based on the CAT scores.
- Qualify for WAT/PI Runds : IIM Bodh Gaya conducts PI through the Common Admission Process (CAP) 2025. The institute may also conduct a supplementary admission process (SAP 2025) if required.
- Merit List Preparation : Based on the CAT score, PI performance, and profile scores, the institute will select candidates and offer seats for MBA admission.

IIM Bodh Gaya has outlined its fee structure and withdrawal policy for candidates who receive admission offers for the MBA program. The process begins with the Expression of Interest (EOI), where candidates must pay a non-refundable amount of Rs. 20,000 to confirm their interest in admission. Upon receiving an admission offer, candidates are required to pay the Offer Acceptance fee of Rs. 80,000, which will be adjusted against the Term I fee. The refund policy allows candidates to withdraw their admission before the specified date, with Rs. 1,000 deducted as processing charges.
