  • Candidates who graduated in 2020, 2021, 2022, or 2023 and did not have exams, marks, or CGPA awarded by their university are also eligible to apply. They need to provide a certificate from their college/institute/university's Principal/Registrar confirming the absence of exams or marks, with only pass or promotion granted in one or more years/semesters.
  • For candidates who completed an integrated masters or dual degree immediately after their 12th/HSC, the percentage of marks from the college/institution/university considered equivalent to a bachelor's degree will be used. • If candidates receive grades/CGPA instead of marks, equivalence for PGP admission eligibility will be determined based on the institution/university's certified equivalence for the bachelor's degree. If there is no conversion scheme, IIM Calcutta will calculate equivalence by dividing the CGPA by the maximum possible CGPA and multiplying the result by 100 for admission eligibility.
  • Candidates in their final year of a bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in 2024, or those who have completed degree requirements and are awaiting results, can also apply. They must provide a certificate from the principal/head of the institution/university certifying their final year status and a minimum of 50% marks (45% for SC/ST/PwD) based on the latest available grades/marks.
